This 50-acre site development project in Marion, North Carolina, began as untouched land with a vision for a future home and workshop. Our team managed every phase — from grading, excavation, and pond construction to foundation work and utility installation — transforming the property into a fully prepared build site.
We installed foundations for a 3,500 sq. ft. barndominium and a 2,800 sq. ft. workshop, built a large pond, and completed all septic and main water line installation. With each stage handled in-house, the property is now engineered, graded, and ready for the next phase of construction.
